Frequently Asked Questions

1. How many people can present in one oral/poster presentation?
We recommend limiting the number of presenters to a maximum of 2. We will consider special requests for presentations requiring more presenters. You can contact us through the form on the contact page or at contact@nasbcportal.com.

2. How do we submit abstracts with more than one presenter?
If two people are applying for one presentation, they need to submit one abstract submission form and can put in information about both people in the same form. If they feel like some information has been missed, they can add it in the additional comments section.

3. Do I need to RSVP if I submitted an abstract?
We will get back to you about abstract submissions and presentation confirmations before the RSVP deadline. If you are not chosen to present, but still wish to participate in the conference, you can then RSVP. Presenters do not need to RSVP for the conference.

4. How can I join the email list?
There are three ways to join the email list. You can either RSVP for the conference, or submit an abstract. Both of these options will automatically add you to our email list. If you’re someone who is interested in the conference, but are not quite sure if you want to RSVP/submit an abstract yet, you can fill in the form under the ‘Contact’ tab!
